Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Youna

  1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop Youna (hereinafter "we" or "us").

  1. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Youna, Taunusstraße 11b, 65760 Eschborn.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

  1. Print-on-Demand Services

Our products are manufactured and shipped through a print-on-demand service provider (Printful). This means that the products are made specifically for you once an order is placed. Therefore, longer delivery times may occur.

  1. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

  1. Delivery

We deliver nationwide. Delivery times are 5-10 working days unless otherwise specified. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

  1. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified in the online shop.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Youna, Taunusstraße 11b, 65760 Eschborn, Email: youna13131@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

  1. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

  1. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  1. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory defect liability law applies. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

  1. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes (the "OS platform"). The OS platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. The OS platform is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  1. Final Provisions

Should one or more provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
