Return Policy

Please note that all our products are manufactured and shipped through a print-on-demand service provider. Therefore, specific return policies apply:

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at youna13131@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will coordinate the return or replacement with the supplier.

Incorrectly Delivered Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, please report it within 14 days of receiving the item at youna13131@gmail.com. We will coordinate the return or replacement with the supplier.

Size Changes or Dislike:

Since the products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for size changes or dislike. Please carefully check the size charts and product descriptions before placing an order.

Return Process

Contact us at youna13131@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will initiate the return process with the supplier and provide you with further instructions for the return shipment. Once the supplier has received and inspected the return, we will issue you a refund or a replacement.
